    About the Role

    Support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the organizations & client Data Privacy and Protection program, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the implementation and maintenance of the organization's and clients Data Privacy (DPDP) and Protection program
    • Assist in conducting data discovery, data inventory, and data mapping exercises across business functions
    • Support privacy assessments such as DPIA, PIA, and privacy risk assessments
    • Assist in managing Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs) and maintaining appropriate records
    • Support the development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, notices, and consent management processes
    • Monitor compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations including DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate privacy risks
    • Support privacy awareness programs and conduct training sessions for employees
    • Assist in incident and breach management activities and ensure proper documentation
    • Maintain privacy-related documentation, reports, trackers, and evidence required for audits and assessments. Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions and continual improvements
    • Stay updated with changes in privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices

    What We're Looking For

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Basic understanding of information security and risk management principles
    • Knowledge of ISO 27701, ISO 27001, Privacy Frameworks, or Privacy Management tools is desirable but not mandatory
    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Willingness to travel as required
    • Professional, impartial, and non-controversial conduct
    • Freshers with relevant certifications or academic knowledge in Privacy, Information Security, or Compliance may apply
